Kevin
Nng certified and with a public & private sector career spanning over 30 years, Kevin has a wealth of user centred experience. Most recently working (since 2013) in the UK Meteorological Office, UK Home Office & UK Hydrographic Office alongside both Defence & UK security forces.

Kevin's user focus has been defined through experience in counselling, psychology, and believe it or not, sales.
These have been all key factors in allowing Kevin to view a businesses users through a lens to ensure the right outcomes are achieved.

Also as a trained mixologist and chef...it's always about the user, the consumer, the customer and about the team that deliver it all!
Communications expert
Tamsin
Starting as a journalist, Tamsin has since led communication strategies for local, regional, national & international businesses.
A Chartered Marketeer (CIM) for over 15 years, understanding stakeholders, managing engagement and formulating messaging are key skills brought to Boulderdash.

Tamsin's attention to detail, aligned messaging and an amazing ability to see the overall view will make you ask...'Why didn't I see that?'...It's frustrating but very impressive!

For Tamsin, this is the tip of the iceberg as she is also an accomplished project, product & programme manager so well versed in delivery with technical teams through all stages of the process.

Mike
With over 20 years experience as Creative Director, Mike has been heading up award-winning creative campaigns for some pretty big clients, including Centrica, Associated British Ports, Carnival, London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG), Virgin, Honda, Volvo and Bloomberg.
Mike has been recognised for his creativity with over a dozen industry awards, covering a wide range of design categories, from Best Digital Creative, Use of Mobile, Outdoor/Ambient, Print Advertisement to Video. Mike has also been on the judging panel of some of the UK’s top design awards.
His passion is obvious from the moment you meet him, and his creativity and experience ensures that every project is a success.

Becky
Becky is an accomplished and highly regarded trainer. She has proven abilities in enhancing productivity and creativity in the workplace and optimising wellness through a range of Mental Health Training programs.
Becky is the Founder and Director of a hugely successful company established in 1992, which has developed an excellent reputation as a compassionate and supportive provider of counselling and training services, committed to helping individuals and businesses grow and flourish.
